This Dormobile is one of an estimated four or five located in Indonesia. This is a third owner Dormobile.
The UK consulat in S'pore (Singapore) is the first owner.
Then it was shipped on a boat via the river from s'pore to jambi as a gift to a military general sometime in the 1970's.
Later it was transfered to the current owner.
This 1964 Dormobile came up for auction in Australia as a project vehicle. U.11619.4.626, Chassi 29618
It is missing the rear furniture. Top & bottom bunks seem to be there.
This Dormobile was imported from Africa and now resides near Denver Colorado.
The sign on the front side door reads "New Stanley Hotel, Nairobi, Kenya.
